Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be home during the service?
No, you don't need to be home! We can access your yard through a gate or other entry point that you specify. After each service, we'll send you a confirmation picture of your secured gate.
How often will I be billed?
We bill monthly on the first day of the month and use the following formula. Weekly amount x 52 weeks in a year / 12 months = Monthly amount. We bill this way so that the amount is always the same, whether it's a four-week or a five-week month. This helps our clients plan and budget for this expense.
What payments do you accept?
In order to avoid wasting time collecting cash or checks, all of our billing is done with a credit or debit card.
Can I schedule a specific pick up day?
Not at this time, our routes are designed to maximize efficiency and keep costs down.
How do you dispose of the waste?
All waste will be double bagged and placed in your trashcan. If we cannot access your trashcan we will place it neatly in an area of your designation.
