Thank you for choosing Mick’s Poop Pickup for pet-waste removal and related services. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, our services, and our client portal.

1. Services Provided

  • We offer pet-waste removal (poop pickup), optional yard deodorizing, and related services as described on our website and service pages.
  • We may also provide scheduling, billing, notifications (including via SMS/text), customer-portal access, and other support features.

2. Your Obligations

By using our services or portal, you agree that:

  • You provide accurate and up-to-date contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
  • You grant us permission to access the property as needed (e.g., unlocked gate or access instructions) for service.
  • You maintain any required access or safety conditions (e.g., ensure pets are secured, yard is accessible) so we can perform the service safely.
  • You use the service only for lawful and permitted purposes.

3. Payment and Billing

  • Fees for services are detailed on our website or in your service agreement.
  • Payment is performed via secure payment methods. You authorize us to bill your card or bank account for recurring services (if applicable).
  • Optional services (e.g., deodorizing, extra cleans) will only be provided after your approval.

4. Use of SMS / Communications & Consent

  • By providing your phone number and opting in during signup, you consent to receive SMS / text messages from us (e.g. appointment reminders, service notifications, updates).
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
  • To unsubscribe from promotional or non-essential messages, reply STOP (or follow opt-out instructions provided in the message).

5. Liability & Disclaimers

  • We will perform services with reasonable care and according to industry standards.
  • We are not liable for damages caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., pre-existing yard conditions, pets, weather, owner’s failure to secure property or provide access).
  • If we fail to perform service due to inaccessibility (e.g., locked gate, dangerous pet), we reserve the right to skip service for that period without refund or make-up visit.

6. Termination or Cancellation

  • Either party may terminate service with 48 hours written notice (or via the customer portal / email / as agreed).
  • Final invoices will be issued for services rendered up to the termination date; access to the customer portal may be disabled upon termination.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved first by good-faith negotiation between you and us.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on our website.
  • Your continued use of the services after changes means you accept the new Terms.

9. Agreement

By using our services, customer portal, or providing contact / payment information, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
